In response to your queries

Uploads may or may not be enabled. There are plenty of images on the Commons and people can upload them there.

For right now you can hack galleries. Create small images like 150px, add a column template and put them in three columns.

I'll try to put Gallery up here ASAP.

Adsense, that is being worked out. Coming soon.

Right now, you can add images from Commons, just like adding an image on Wikipedia. [[Image:IMAGENAME|thumb|center|300px]] Self Indulgence 01:59, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
